Essentiel by Adele Return Policy
For a full refund, products must be returned unopened within 30 days from original receipt of goods. Your order information and proof of purchase must be included in the return. Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned product. Please note that credit cards must be current and not expired in order to process a refund. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for goods purchased, excluding shipping. If the product was purchased at a promotional price, the refund will be no more than the price paid for the products at the time of purchase.
Do not send returns without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by submitting our RMA Request Form or emailing email@example.com. After receiving an RMA # from our Customer Service Department, please send returns (including your receipt or invoice) to:
